By accessing or using ThumbnailScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Permitted Use
ThumbnailScore is provided for personal, non-commercial use by YouTube creators for the purpose of evaluating their own content. Automated bulk usage, scraping, or reselling of analysis results is prohibited.
No Guarantee of Results
Analysis scores and recommendations are generated by AI and rule-based heuristics. They represent probable observations, not guaranteed outcomes. Actual CTR depends on many factors beyond the scope of this tool.
Rate Limits
Free users are limited to 3 analyses per 24-hour period per IP address. Circumventing this limit (e.g. via VPN rotation or proxies) violates these terms.
Limitation of Liability
ThumbnailScore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
